  Kelly, a proud Nanda woman from Maya Country of the Yamatji Nation, with kinship ties to the Whadjuk peoples of the Noongar Nation. Born and raised on Whadjuk Boodjar, she honors her grandfather Len Ogilvie (dec.), a Stolen Generations survivor, whose legacy inspires her values and cultural pride. 

Professionally, Kelly is an accomplished procurement and operations specialist with extensive experience across public and private sectors. She excels in complex procurement environments and stakeholder engagement.

Kelly is a passionate advocate for Aboriginal empowerment, bringing cultural integrity and lived experience to every role. She actively contributes to reconciliation through RAP committees in education, offering strategic and cultural leadership.

Beyond work, Kelly supports grassroots initiatives that uplift Aboriginal youth, promote education, and foster economic participation. Her leadership bridges cultural knowledge with modern business practices, driven by purpose and community.

  As a Director of Dandjoo Collective, Hayley leverages her strengths as a creative solutions-focused thinker to instill a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement amongst her team.

Hayley has crafted her expertise over a decade of working on key Asset Management, emergency breakdown and construction projects with organisations including; Australian Department of Defence, Perth Children’s Hospital, Optus Stadium, Western Power, Edith Cowen University, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank and Charter Hall, City of South Perth and City of Fremantle. Over this time, Hayley has implemented innovative initiatives to redesign Asset & Project HOTO Management

  Nicholas is a high-impact business leader with deep expertise across construction, resources, and Defence. He holds many qualifications including a Diploma in Construction and relevant security clearance. 

Known for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and cultural transformation, he has led multimillion-dollar portfolios and high-performing teams across ASX-listed and market-leading organisations like Downer and Spotless. 

His leadership is defined by a zero-harm safety culture, strong Indigenous engagement, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex services and socially responsible initiatives.

Nicholas holds vast relationships across Australia with trusted partners and client bases garnered from previous senior leadership roles with Defence Industry that deliver strategic estate delivery and operational execution. These strategic relationships enable all areas of industry supply chains trusted growth opportunities.

 Drawing from his vast 30-year experience in overseeing construction enterprises, David brings a wealth of multi-functional expertise to Dandjoo Collective. We leverage his insights to optimise processes, lead improvement initiatives, and efficiently manage our operations. 

David holds a master’s in business administration and has held significant roles including seven years as General Manager of a 300-employee hydraulic and electrical contractor specialising in Defence and Government projects, and eleven years as Director of a prominent business in the UK focused on new builds and refurbishments.

  David brings more than ten years of extensive experience as a Project Manager within the electrical and communications sector, with a notable specialisation in the Defence industry. His expertise lies in overseeing projects encompassing system controls, leveraging his certifications across diverse automation platforms, and pioneering new technologies.

David's proficiency in technical aspects, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail and robust project management abilities, equips him to effectively lead cross-functional teams and navigate end-to-end project lifecycles. Over the course of his career, he has consistently showcased his adeptness in providing hands-on technical support, orchestrating streamlined project management processes, and nurturing enduring client relationships.
