● Produce of project specific Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) 

● Create Environmental Clearance Certificates (ECC), completing accompanying Post Activity Report (PAR) to as required for ECC close out

● GDL Shell creation from 90% design documents

● Process GDL updates at 50% of construction works, reviewing against variations, bill of materials, survey data, environmental reports (i.e. Asbestos) & as-built drawings

● Alignment of GDL data as per Space Plan updates and disposals of redundant assets

● Supply & Installation of Defence specific asset barcode labels (including stickers/metal barcodes & building/infrastructure Building signs)
